PC-300 Static Dissipative Polycarbonate

PC-300 Polycarbonate sheet is designed to control static electricity. It is a high quality polycarboante material which has been surfaced with SciCron Technologies proprietary clear C-300 static dissipative surfacing. This unique coating technology prevents charge generation on the plastic sheet surface thereby controlling particulate attraction and preventing electrostatic discharge events (ESD events).

PC-300 is UL94-V2 rated at .118 thick and is UL94-V0 rated at .236 thick.

Lexan SG404

Lexan SG404 is a UV-resistant sign grade sheet available in translucent colors including white. Lexan sign grade 404 is ideal for outdoor plastic signage including pole signage and channel letters. Envision makes both enclosures and sign panels out of this material. In addition to its weatherable properties, it is great for digital printing as well.

Makrolon GP

There are two main brands (manufacturers) of polycarbonate used at Envision Plastics and Design. While others may be sourced through distribution, the two are: Sheffield's Makrolon and Sabic Polymershapes' (formerly GE) Lexan.

Makrolon GP polycarbonate sheet is a UV stabilized sheet used in many industrial applications. This high impact polycarbonate material excels in applications like machine guards, noice abatement shields, clear workstation partitions, and of course plastic enclosures made from the NMR Technology!

Makrolon FI

There are two main brands (manufacturers) of polycarbonate used at Envision Plastics and Design. While others may be source through distribution, the two are: Sheffield's Makrolon and Sabic Polymershapes' (formerly GE) Lexan.

Makrolon FI polycarbonate sheets are flame-inhibiting formulations for electrical and electronic device applications. This polycarbonate sheet offers UL94V0 ratings in thicknesses greater than .060 and is also UV stabilized in thicknesses greater than .125.

Lexan 9600

There are two main brands (manufacturers) of polycarbonate used at Envision Plastics and Design. While others may be source through distribution, the two are: Sheffield's Makrolon and Sabic Polymershapes' (formerly GE) Lexan.

Lexan 9034

There are two main brands (manufacturers) of polycarbonate used at Envision Plastics and Design. While others may be source through distribution, the two are: Sheffield's Makrolon and Sabic Polymershapes' (formerly GE) Lexan.

Lexan 9034 is an uncoated polycarbonate sheet and is the standard grade of Lexan sheet for transparent protective glazing. It is common for protective clear shields and other clear products fabricated at Envision Plastics and Design.
