The material links below can be used to determine which sheet stock material would be best in manufacturing your custom plastic enclosure.
ABS | HIPS | Acrylic/PVC Blend | Polycarbonate | Acrylic | PETG | Foamed PVC
Materials range in color availability, thickness*, clarity, impact resistance, textures, and flame resistance. Furthermore, most common materials used are UL listed.
(UL94-HB, UL-94-V0 ).
*Plastic enclosures / parts which require bending and joining (solvent welding) have a minimum fabrication thickness of .118 (or .125).
