Bonding
The final step in the NMR Manufacturing process is bonding. Bend grooves are welded to add strength and other plastic component parts such as ribs, bosses, gussets, etc., are also solvent welded into place. When this process is complete, the parts are ready for outside finish or final inspection before shipping.
