UU Plastic Enclosure
This construction method allows the user to snap fit the enclosure together with out the need for screws or fasteners. One “u” has a tongue on the edge, and the other “u” has a mating groove near the edge. One additional benefit is the omission of standoffs or bosses. PCB's (depending on component layout – see design area) can be snapped in to the sides of one of the “u” channels.

The 3D Image Modeler is a self contained CAD file which allows you to fully control the view of the product on every axis, without having to install expensive software. To use, save this file to your desktop, and run the program.
